FOR OPERATORS AND CONTRACTORS

A small pilot. A clear decision.

Start with one asset or one defined project area. Before mobilisation, we agree what should be captured, how the files will be organised and what your technical team will receive.

Wind, solar PV, construction and technical assets

Test the workflow on a controlled scope.

Each pilot is deliberately narrow, so both teams can verify capture quality, file structure and practical usefulness before discussing a wider programme.

01

One wind turbine

Visual documentation of one turbine or one agreed work stage, subject to safe access and operational approval.

  • Overview and selected detail images
  • Files linked to asset areas
  • Demonstration observation register
02

One PV section

RGB and, where conditions allow, thermal screening of a defined block, row group or roof section.

  • Overview and panel context
  • Location-based references
  • Observations for ground verification
03

One construction stage

Repeatable visual record of a defined area or milestone using agreed viewpoints and a consistent folder structure.

  • Dated overview images
  • Selected details and file index
  • Baseline for the next comparison

Material your team can actually review.

  1. 01Confirmed scope and capture plan
  2. 02Organised original and selected files
  3. 03Overview images and agreed details
  4. 04References by asset or project area
  5. 05Observation register for visible findings
  6. 06Capture date and relevant conditions
  7. 07Short delivery summary and next-step notes
  8. 08Revision record when material is updated

Demonstration register

Every observation keeps its context.

The register links a visible observation to a place, date and source file. It supports review and follow-up without presenting imagery as an engineering diagnosis.

Demonstration entry. It does not describe a named client or a completed client inspection.

Work context and report structure.

Blade installation, field perspective

A short view from a blade installation environment. It shows the scale and coordination around wind work, not a drone inspection result.
