1. Charakter informacji

Treści na stronie mają charakter informacyjny i stanowią zaproszenie do kontaktu, a nie wiążącą ofertę. Umowa powstaje dopiero po potwierdzeniu przez obie strony zakresu, ceny, terminu i warunków realizacji.

2. Wycena i zakres

Wycena jest przygotowywana indywidualnie na podstawie lokalizacji, celu, czasu operacji, wymaganych materiałów, obróbki, dojazdu i warunków formalnych. Kalkulator pokazuje budżet orientacyjny; dojazd liczy dystans w jedną stronę × 2 × liczbę wizyt × 0.70 EUR/km. Dodatkowe prace wymagają odrębnego uzgodnienia.

3. Bezpieczeństwo i legalność lotu

Realizacja jest możliwa tylko wtedy, gdy pozwalają na nią przepisy, przestrzeń powietrzna, teren, pogoda, stan techniczny sprzętu oraz bezpieczeństwo osób i mienia. Operator może przerwać, przełożyć lub odmówić lotu, jeżeli bezpieczne wykonanie zadania nie jest możliwe.

4. Materiały i odpowiedzialność

Format, termin i sposób przekazania materiałów określa indywidualne uzgodnienie. Materiał termowizyjny lub wizualny wspiera ocenę stanu obiektu, ale nie stanowi automatycznie ekspertyzy rzeczoznawcy. Zakres praw do publikacji i dalszego użycia materiałów jest ustalany w ofercie.

5. Obowiązki zamawiającego

Zamawiający przekazuje prawdziwe informacje o lokalizacji i celu zlecenia, zapewnia wymagany dostęp do terenu oraz informuje o zagrożeniach i ograniczeniach. Jeżeli potrzebna jest zgoda właściciela obiektu lub terenu, strony ustalają przed realizacją, kto ją pozyskuje.

6. Zmiana terminu i kontakt

7. Kalkulator

Wynik kalkulatora jest niewiążącym punktem wyjścia. Nie stanowi potwierdzenia terminu, dostępności, legalności lotu ani kompletnej ceny projektu. Ostateczny zakres i cenę zawsze potwierdza operator.

8. Oferta, akceptacja i zaliczka

Indywidualna oferta otrzymuje numer, wersję, termin ważności, zakres, cenę i ewentualną zaliczkę. Akceptacja zapisuje decyzję dotyczącą widocznej wersji i nie zastępuje kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego. Zaliczka może być opłacona wyłącznie przez bezpieczny link przypisany do zaakceptowanej oferty. Przed udostępnieniem płatności strony potwierdzają sposób rozliczenia, status podatkowy kwoty i dokument sprzedaży. Płatność uznajemy za otrzymaną dopiero po potwierdzeniu operatora płatności zapisanym w systemie Aeronautiq.

9. Anulowanie, zwrot i spór

Zasady anulowania, rozliczenia prac już wykonanych i zwrotu zaliczki określa indywidualna oferta oraz bezwzględnie obowiązujące prawo. Samo odwołanie terminu z powodu pogody nie oznacza automatycznego anulowania zlecenia; w pierwszej kolejności uzgadniamy nowe okno. Zwrot nie jest wykonywany automatycznie przez stronę. W razie rozbieżności dotyczącej płatności należy skontaktować się z Aeronautiq, podając numer sprawy, bez przesyłania danych karty.

1. Website information and agreement

Website content is informational and an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. An agreement is formed only after both parties confirm the scope, price, date and operating conditions.

2. Quote and scope

Quotes are prepared individually using the location, purpose, operation time, outputs, post-production, travel and formal requirements. The calculator shows a guide budget; travel is calculated as one-way distance × 2 × number of visits × EUR 0.70/km. Additional work requires separate approval.

3. Safety and lawful operation

A project proceeds only when regulations, airspace, terrain, weather, equipment condition and the safety of people and property allow it. The operator may stop, postpone or decline a flight when safe completion is not possible.

4. Deliverables and responsibility

The agreed quote defines format, delivery and usage rights. Visual or thermal materials support assessment but do not automatically constitute a certified expert opinion. The customer provides accurate project information, access and known hazards, and the parties agree who obtains any required property permissions.

5. Changes and contact

6. Calculator

The calculator result is a non-binding starting point. It does not confirm the date, availability, lawful operation or the complete project price. The operator always confirms the final scope and price.

7. Proposal, acceptance and deposit

An individual proposal has a number, revision, validity date, scope, price and any deposit. Acceptance records the decision on the displayed revision and is not a qualified electronic signature. A deposit can be paid only through a secure link assigned to an accepted proposal. Before payment is enabled, the parties confirm settlement treatment, the tax status of the amount and the sales document. Payment is treated as received only after the payment provider confirmation is stored by Aeronautiq.

8. Cancellation, refund and dispute

The individual proposal and mandatory law govern cancellation, work already performed and any deposit refund. Rescheduling because of weather does not automatically cancel the project; a new operating window is considered first. The website does not issue refunds automatically. For a payment discrepancy, contact Aeronautiq with the case reference and never send card details.

3. Sicherheit und rechtmäßiger Betrieb

Ein Einsatz findet nur statt, wenn Vorschriften, Luftraum, Gelände, Wetter, Technik sowie die Sicherheit von Personen und Sachen dies erlauben. Der Pilot kann einen Flug abbrechen, verschieben oder ablehnen, wenn eine sichere Durchführung nicht möglich ist.

4. Ergebnisse und Verantwortung

Format, Übergabe und Nutzungsrechte ergeben sich aus dem individuellen Angebot. Bild- oder Thermomaterial unterstützt die Bewertung, ist jedoch nicht automatisch ein Sachverständigengutachten. Der Auftraggeber stellt zutreffende Projektinformationen, Zugang und bekannte Gefahren bereit. Vorab wird vereinbart, wer erforderliche Zustimmungen des Grundstückseigentümers einholt.

5. Änderungen und Kontakt

6. Rechner

Das Rechnerergebnis ist ein unverbindlicher Ausgangswert. Es bestätigt weder Termin noch Verfügbarkeit, rechtmäßige Durchführung oder den vollständigen Projektpreis. Den endgültigen Umfang und Preis bestätigt immer der Pilot.

7. Angebot, Annahme und Anzahlung

Ein individuelles Angebot enthält Nummer, Version, Gültigkeit, Umfang, Preis und eine mögliche Anzahlung. Die Annahme dokumentiert die Entscheidung zur angezeigten Version und ersetzt keine qualifizierte elektronische Signatur. Eine Anzahlung kann ausschließlich über einen sicheren Link zum angenommenen Angebot erfolgen. Vor der Freischaltung bestätigen die Parteien Abrechnungsart, steuerliche Einordnung des Betrags und Verkaufsbeleg. Als eingegangen gilt die Zahlung erst nach der im Aeronautiq-System gespeicherten Bestätigung des Zahlungsanbieters.

8. Stornierung, Erstattung und Streitfall

Das individuelle Angebot und zwingendes Recht regeln Stornierung, bereits erbrachte Arbeiten und eine mögliche Erstattung der Anzahlung. Eine wetterbedingte Terminverschiebung beendet den Auftrag nicht automatisch; zunächst wird ein neues Einsatzfenster abgestimmt. Die Website führt keine automatische Erstattung aus. Bei Zahlungsabweichungen kontaktieren Sie Aeronautiq mit der Vorgangsnummer und übermitteln keine Kartendaten.
