Scope and safe working conditions are agreed with the turbine operator. Thermal imaging, cleaning and service tasks are confirmed only after reviewing conditions, competencies and OEM requirements.

Road travel from Szczecin: EUR 0.70/km for all kilometres of the round trip on each agreed visit. Flights, ferries, accommodation and other international logistics are quoted separately.

When will I receive a response?

Your case reference appears on the page as soon as the form is saved. If transactional email is available for the enquiry, you will also receive confirmation by email. We normally review the scope within one working day. Projects requiring permits, a local partner or additional logistics may need longer verification.

What should I send?

Include the exact location, asset type and scale, required outcome, preferred window and access restrictions. Photographs, PDF, KML/KMZ or a site plan can be sent by replying to the case-reference email.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Timing is confirmed after a conditions review. If wind, precipitation, visibility or thermal conditions would reduce safety or data quality, we agree a new operating window without changing the approved scope.

Does the form or calculator book the service?

No. The calculator provides a starting budget and the form starts a review. The project begins only after scope, price, timing and operating conditions are agreed and the individual proposal is accepted.

When might a deposit be required?

A deposit can appear only in an individual proposal linked to the case reference. If online payment is available for that proposal, a secure link appears after acceptance.
